Do I need an account to buy?
Yes. Sign in with your Steam account to place orders and receive your items through Steam. You can browse the catalog without signing in.
How does an item reach me?
After your order is confirmed, the item is sent to you through a Steam Trade Offer using the Trade Link connected to your account.
Which currency do you charge in?
The currency and final amount are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Which cards can I pay with?
You can pay using the card options available at checkout, including supported Visa and Mastercard cards. Additional payment methods might be added later.
What if a trade fails or stalls?
Check your Steam trading settings and Trade Link first, and if the item still does not arrive, contact our support team so we can review the order and help resolve the issue.
Can I put my own items up for sale?
Selling is not available yet. The selling section in your account is a preview; inventory, listing submission and payouts are not connected.
